Eastern Kentucky moves to remove *some* limitations on student speech PDF Print E-mail

Current EKU policy not only restricts posting on campus, but also has highly stifling "free speech zones."  Now it appears a campus committee is proposing to lift at least the posting policy.  Under the proposal, all un-restricted bulletin boards (those not reserved for departments and the like) would be open to posting, without prior review.  While the policy would take EKU closer to protecting speech rights, students note that there's still a ways to go.
