Are you ready for another round of conspiracy theory?  You had better get ready if you aren't.  The Pennsylvania Select Committee on Academic Freedom just voted and released their report and guess what? It still says that academic freedom is well-protected in the Keystone state, instances of political bias are rare, institutions have academic freedom and student grievance procedures, and legislation is not necessary!  As our Press Release says, now it is time to get on to real issues that matter to students and families in Pennsylvania.

Of course, Horowitz and company are going to throwing another round of conspiracy fits about the liberal media, Democrats, and "the unions."  This will of course involve ignoring the fact that the report is bi-partisan and that it is based on the testimony of Pennsylvania students, faculty members and administrators.  Perhaps one shouldn't count a report before the Committee has hatched it.  So much for the Pennsylvania strategy!

We will be updating this post throughout the day as we get more information.
