It looks like Colorado and Missouri aren't going to be alone in rehashing so-called "intellectual diversity" legislation.  West Virginia has also been blessed again this year with another version Horowitz's "academic bill of rights."  House Bill 2884 supposedly seeks to protect the "intellectual independence and diversity" of faculty and students. 

And now Indiana is also jumping into the fray with House Bill 1139 in the ACTA-inspired "intellectual diversity" bill.  So just in case you were thinking this legislative initiative ideological campaign was going to fade away, better think again!
