Candace de Russy, bless her heart, gets a score of 9.6 for her gymnastic contortions around the baseless allegations of a delegation from Columbia University going to Iran to apologize to President Ahmadinejad:
Professors at Columbia deny
that there is a plan afoot to send a delegation to Tehran. If they are
correct, the Mehr report nonetheless shows that the Iranian president
continues to garner propaganda value from the ill-conceived decision to
hand him a prestigious forum at the university.
Actually, what this shows is that de Russy will grasp on to any straw, no matter how flimsy, to attempt to prove that terrorist coddling, communist sympathizing professors will just as soon eat your college age children as indoctrinate them into their Allah worshiping (or godless secular, depending) ideology.
